FIRST ACCESS PRICING
First Access rates are limited and available on a first-come basis. Secure your place with a deposit. Flexible payment plans are available for every package. All balances must be paid by July 10, 2026.
First Access - Single Occupancy
$4250 pp
Single occupancy provides a private room for guests who prefer their own space.
A 10% deposit of the full cost of reservation would be required to secure your spot. ($425.00)
valid through May 15th, 2026 no exceptions.
A deposit secures your place on the Root & Revel: Afterglow experience and is applied toward your total trip cost.
Refund requests may be submitted up to 45 days prior to the experience.
However, please note:
• 15% credit card processing fees are non-refundable
• Once a payment is made
Single occupancy provides a private room for guests who prefer their own space at a 10% discount off the already discounted early bird rate.
Valid through May 15th.

Guests selecting double occupancy must secure their own roommate. Roommate matching is not provided. If a roommate is not secured prior to final payment, the guest must upgrade to the single occupancy rate.

Standard Double Occupancy - Paid In Full
$3600 pp
This package includes shared accommodations with a roommate of your choosing for 10% off. Double occupancy guests must secure their own roommate. If a roommate is not secured prior to final payment on July 10th, 2026, the guest must upgrade to the single occupancy rate. Refund policy still applies.
